Pyrenart II: registration open for the first training course

The training itinerary of the Pyrenart II project aims to familiarize live performance actors with cultural entrepreneurship. It takes the form of 4 itineraries:

  • Itinerary 1. Understanding and mastering the technical challenges of cross-border development
  • Itinerary 2. Getting started in economic development
  • Itinerary 3. Consolidating territorial development knowledge and practices.
  • Itinerary 4. Developing new digital practices and new forms of circulation of artistic works.

Itinerary 1: Understanding and mastering the technical challenges of cross-border development

Itinerary 1 of the training program focuses on understanding and mastering the technical challenges linked to the cross-border development of cultural enterprises.
With three complementary modules, this itinerary addresses the fundamentals of business management and strategy, finance, as well as personal and corporate image. Participants will learn how to establish a sound business model, develop strategic planning and explore diversified sources of financing. In addition, this itinerary aims to strengthen professionals’ ability to link their brand with the values they stand for, thus ensuring coherent and impactful communication. With an interactive approach and practical exchanges, this first itinerary offers essential training for all those who wish to develop their skills in the cross-border cultural landscape.

This training course is aimed at professionals in the cultural sector (artists, programmers, producers, mediators, cross-border project holders) residing in the eligible area of POCTEFA 2021-2027.

There are no specific requirements in terms of academic background or professional experience, but candidates must be prepared to participate in a partnership process and be available for all training dates (April 7 and 8, May 22 and June 6, June 26 and 27, 2025).

Applications for the first training itinerary are open from February 4 to 23, 2025.

Assumption opportunities will be offered to support participants in their training path.

Pyrenart II was 65% co-financed by the European Union as part of the Interreg VI-A Spain-France-Andorra program (POCTEFA 2021-2027). The aim of this POCTEFA is to strengthen the economic and social integration of the border area between Spain, France and Andorra.
